When I took it in, they were able to patch the suspected tire and things seemed fine for a few weeks until I noticed a tire leaking again. I went in expecting to need a new tire at this point. Instead, when I took it back in, they found the valve core was the culprit and fixed it, called me an hour after I dropped it off. So quick and NO CHARGE. It was such a relief- such friendly service. “I came into Huntersville to visit my daughters. I live in Holden Beach. I had a problem with my gas tank when I was lea ing Huntersville. I pulled in there no appt and no warning. The owner Mike was amazing and said they could get me right in. I couldnt believe how nice and how personable he was. I had 4 dogs with me and he talked and petting them. He had to call all over for info on my car as they so not make them anymore. He stayed in contact with me all day. Sent me a video. He came back with not good news and when I said I couldnt afford that he went back to work to help me get my car working safely. They had my car ready before they closed that day. Even when I checked out and Mike wasnt there I still got treated excellent. They could have just said sorry this is hi ow much it is and left it at that but they went above a far beyond to help me. “My teen daughter was traveling alone from Charleston SC to Morgantown WV from college at night in a storm and hit something on the interstate. She was scared as she was losing tire pressure. I got her a hotel and called Tuffy leaving a "mom message" plea for assistance. The next morning Graham returned my call and said they would take care of my daughter...they got her in first thing and had her on her way home to her family...safely. Graham even called after she left to let this mom know her daughter was safe in and good hands. THAT is EXCELLENT customer service! “My car was making a clunking noise in the left front. The mechanic went for a drive with me and suggested a couple things it could be. When we got back he opened the hood and looked right down at the sway bar link. He got under the car and could move it with his hand and said that was making the clunking noise. He was great. He told me the ball joint and tie rod look great and the only other thing it could be is a strut or a strut mount and they look fine. They had the part there for me the next morning and it was done in less than 15 minutes. They let me drive it to make sure the clunking was gone before paying. I must say I was very impressed with the mechanics straight forward and accurate handling of the problem.”
